How do I find my size?

  • We follow standard European measurements, but in case you have any doubts we have a detailed size chart:

The lengths of pants and shirts in all the sizes have a marginal difference.
Can I customise a product?
  • Yes, but only to a certain extent. We can make sizes XXS, XXL, XXXL if you can kindly guide us through some of your body measurements. 
    How is the product made? Where is the fabric from? 
    • The products are stitched by machine and hand by our small but thoroughly trained team in Jaipur.
    • The fabric is sourced from all over India.
      What do I do if I receive a defective order?
      • Ah, fuck. That’s one of our biggest nightmares. But humans make errors, we do accept that. We can either exchange the product or process a return against a full refund.
      What is your return/exchange policy?

      To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

      • If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering the product, you may cancel and receive a refund. Anything from then and time of dispatch (applicable on non customized pieces only) can be cancelled against store credit only.
      • In case the product delivered to you is defective (hope that never happens) please share a picture as soon as you receive the item. We will replace it with a different one free of cost or provide a refund.
      • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
      • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
      • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
      • Unfortunately we do not accept returns/exchange on international orders.
          How long before I receive my order?
          • At Polite Society, we make to order so it takes a little longer than fast fashion brands. Within India, the order will be delivered in 7-14 days.
          • International Orders take 2-3 weeks from date of order.
            How can I track my order?
            • We’ll email you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
              Can i order something that's not in stock but I’d really like to have?
              • Aw, Just give us a call or drop an e-mail. We will have to check with our inventory. If the fabric is available then why the hell not.
                How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
                • You’ll just have to call us. But do so within 1 working day of placing the order.
