Q: What should I do if I receive a defective order?

If you receive a product with a defect, please follow these steps
Step 1: Take clear pictures of the defect. Make sure the pictures clearly show the issue.

Step 3: Our support team will review the pictures and your case. If the defect is confirmed, we can either refund the amount or exchange the product free of cost.
- If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering the product, you may cancel and receive a refund. Anything from then and time of dispatch (applicable on non customized pieces only) can be cancelled against store credit only.
- In case the product delivered to you is defective (hope that never happens) please share a picture as soon as you receive the item. We will replace it with a different one free of cost or provide a refund.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
